Julia Holloway is a dynamic business consultant, executive coach, and leadership development facilitator partnering with individuals and organizations to implement transformational change. As a conceptual systems thinker, Julia works with senior leaders and teams to identify strategic goals and chart a collective course of action. Her expertise includes building global cross-functional teams and navigating matrixed organizations, which are vital to today's workplace success.
She has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, IT, and operations in the financial services industry. In addition to her previous position as Chief Administrative Officer, Julia has held leadership positions such as VP of Marketing, VP of Strategic Sourcing, and Head of Strategy & Execution. Her career began with the real estate law division of Wilmer Hale in Boston and the Investment Law Division of Sun Life Financial and New England Financial.
Julia has over a decade of experience working with clients, including Harvard Business School, Google, Intergen, YPO, Ernst and Young, the Navy SEALs, and The Humanitarian Coaching Network. Julia is known for being insightful, perceptive, curious, and pragmatic. As a trusted thought partner, she helps clients surface unconscious behaviors and challenges assumptions and limiting beliefs to promote further change.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University. She earned coaching certifications from both the Hudson Institute and the Strozzi Institute. Julia is PCC-Certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a certified Tai Chi teacher. She leverages behavioral assessments such as Myers Briggs, EQ (Learning in Action), Enneagram, and Immunity to Change.
As an alumna of the Commonwealth School in Boston, Julia served as a leader on the Board of Trustees for over a decade. She resides in Cambridge with her family. Julia is a curious lifelong learner and mixed media artist who blends her left-brained activities with creative expression.
